Trump Issues Warning of Massive Retaliation Against Iran

Former President Donald Trump has revealed that he has issued specific instructions to initiate a massive military retaliation against Iran should the country succeed in an attempt to assassinate him. Speaking to the New York Post on Friday, Trump described himself as a long-term target of the nation.

"I’ve been on their list for a long time. That’s what we’re dealing with," Trump stated. He emphasized that he has left standing orders to respond with "overwhelming military force" if he becomes the victim of an attack, noting that he told officials to "literally bomb them at levels that they’ve never seen before."

These remarks follow a recent event in Mashhad, where mourners at the funeral of the late Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei publicly called for the death of the former president. During the procession on Imam Reza Street, participants displayed a banner explicitly reading, "We Will Kill Trump."
